We currently provide shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 Business Days. Once shipped, the transit time is usually 2 to 4 Business Days. In total, expect your delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Return Window. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in new and unused condition for customer remorse returns, or we will accept opened items if they arrived defective or damaged.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No! We provide a Free Return Shipping Label for both defective products and customer remorse returns. There are absolutely No Restocking Fees.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Funds will be issued to your original payment method.
